Touie Care provides educational, planning, consulting, navigation, and nonclinical support. Information provided by Touie Care does not replace medical advice, clinical care, emergency assistance, or services delivered by appropriately licensed professionals.

Touie Care provides general education about the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, commonly known as PACE, and may help individuals and families connect with WelbeHealth to explore potential eligibility.

WelbeHealth operates the PACE program and is solely responsible for eligibility screening, enrollment, healthcare services, participant support, and program decisions. Touie Care does not determine eligibility or provide PACE healthcare services.

TouieCare Event & Travel Readiness™ provides nonmedical planning and readiness support for older adults and families preparing for events or short trips.

Touie Care does not operate tours, sell travel packages, provide travel-agent services, issue travel insurance, process third-party travel payments, provide emergency transportation, or deliver medical care through this service.

Touie Care shares selected external resources, referral opportunities, public information, and partner services that may be relevant to caregiving, aging, workforce development, care navigation, caregiver renewal, family support, and community well-being.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, external services are independently owned and operated. Each provider establishes its own eligibility requirements, prices, terms, booking procedures, payment policies, professional services, and customer support.

Visitors should review the external provider’s information and make independent decisions based on their circumstances and, where appropriate, guidance from qualified professionals.

Touie Care provides educational and workforce development programs. Unless expressly identified otherwise, Touie Care programs do not grant professional licenses or state certifications and do not replace state-approved certification or licensure programs.

For example, a Touie Care course does not replace the training, examination, and certification requirements for becoming a Certified Nurse Assistant.

Continuing education units are available only when expressly stated in the description of a specific program.

Touie Care may offer continuing education opportunities through approved partners or future approved programs. Participants should not assume that a course provides continuing education credit unless that information appears in writing on the course registration page or program materials.

Touie Care primarily offers education and training through online and webinar-based formats.
